Hi, I’m Cathy Christy, and I’ve been working in the wellness, fitness, health, and healing space for over 25 years. With a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and master’s degree in community health education, plus licensure in massage therapy and advanced practice esthetics, I’m all about helping people feel their best. I’m also certified as a health coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and group fitness instructor.

One of the most recent challenges I’ve faced was the heartbreaking loss of my beloved black lab, Abby, who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away just three months later. Navigating the deep emotional wound and grief that followed was incredibly difficult, but I found healing through breath enhanced emotional processing (a specific technique developed by a naturopathic physician I completed a year long coaching training with), meditation, and written exposure therapy journaling.
